I'm not much for cowgirl looks, so this is as close to line dancing as I'll ever get. I'm not knockin' this look, I just don't think I could wear the fringed vest and pull it off convincingly. Now where's my suede satchel?

Cold Shoulder

Here's a fun little sweater I picked up about a month ago to round out my fall wardrobe. Long enough to wear with leggings, but short enough to pair with jeans.

Decided to have some fun with it and tucked one of the sleeves inside the sweater and cinched the front with a pin for a little DIY draping action.

DIY Embellished Vest

So it's been forever & a day since I posted a DIY. But, drumroll please...Here you go!

I really wanted an embellished vest, but didn't want to $hell out any major dough for one. I took a vest that I already had and purchased some beads, studs and chains from Michael's.

Closer than close.

The collar is studded too.

So I'm pretty happy with it - all smiles.
